Within 10 days from meeting Mack & Jennifer at my overgrown property we had a proposal, a contract and a mulching machine revealing to me what my property looked like BEFORE 25+ years of neglect. My brother had Ground-UP Forestry come and clear some fields between our two houses and they did a FANTASTIC job.  It seems that many companies don't always do what they say they will, not so with this company!!!  Mack worked long full days, stopping only about a 1/2 hour for lunch. Jen and Mack were fantastic to work with. Like others we regret not doing this years ago. I wish I had taken before pictures however the background gives an indication of the forest this was before they worked their magic. Highly recommend this company! I hired GUFM to clear approximately 3 acres of very dense brush and under-story, much of which was on a steep slope. Mack and Jen came out and walked the property at which time we discussed what trees to keep and what our expectations were. They were very helpful, carefully planning a result that would do the property justice as well as meet our expectations. The work was completed on time and on budget. The results are incredible! The cleared areas are without any stumps or trip hazards and are covered in mulch. This greatly reduces regrowth and assists with erosion control. The environmental benefits are an added bonus; no brush to haul or burn, mulch biodegrading and adding nutrients back into the soil. Not to mention that we now have three more useable acres on our property!
